Inicio alimentación complementaria
A los 6 meses se inicia la alimentación sólida, existen distintos métodos, por lo que se recomienda una evaluación con nutricionista y además tener una pauta adecauda de introducción de alimentos.
Baby lead weaning
En este método el bebé dirige la alimentación, tiene múltiples beneficios, pero hay que saber realizarlo, nuestras nutricionistas están capacitadas para orientarte.
Mal nutrición
Si tu hijo no crece o sube de peso de manera adecuada, evalúalo con una nutricionista para lograr el óptimo aporte calórico.
Obesidad infantil

La alergia alimentaria no es fácil, muchas veces hay contaminación cruzada. Se recomienda evaluar con nutricionista para ir viendo pruebas a alimentos, monitorizar reacciones y en caso de dietas muy estrictas evaluar suplementaciones.

La colación representa el 10% de los requerimientos energéticos del día, es importante intentar hacerlas saludables y entregarlas en las porciones correctas, nuestras nutricionistas te guiarán en elejir lo mejor para tu familia.
